A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Sittingbourne. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or ambitious professional looking to progress within a respected practice known for exceptional client service.
The Role
- Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
- Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction
- Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff
- Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities
- Providing cover for colleagues during absences
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends
About You
- Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications
- Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently
- Confident using case management systems and digital workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication with a client-care focus
- Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally
- Collaborative and supportive team player
