Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer
Location: Eastbourne, East Sussex

The Opportunity
A highly successful and well-established law firm in Eastbourne is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its friendly and professional residential property team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading practice with a strong local reputation and a loyal client base, much of which is generated through recommendation. The firm is known for its supportive culture, high standards of client care, and commitment to career development.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, handling the full conveyancing process independently and efficiently.
Typical work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build and other residential property transactions
- Liaising closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties
About You
This role would suit a conveyancer who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Experience running a full residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
- Unqualified conveyancers working towards qualification will also be considered
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
- A proactive, organised, and client-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
