A Legal 500 Solicitors is seeking an ambitious and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our growing team in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence in the local market while managing a high-quality residential caseload. Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and other associated transactions.
- Confidently handle files from instruction through to completion.
- Achieve financial targets while maintaining exceptional client care.
- Ensure all work complies with regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with referrers and other professional contacts.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the Woking office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Around 2–3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing, although candidates with solid experience and less PQE are encouraged to apply.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
- Proactive in generating new business and ideally brings a following of work (desirable but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
- Commercially aware and eager to support the continued growth of a progressive firm.
