Residential Conveyancing Team Leader

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for your next leadership opportunity?
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Leicestershire is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader to oversee and develop a small team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with management experience who enjoys combining fee-earning responsibilities with team leadership.
The Role

Lead, mentor and support a small team of conveyancing professionals.

Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.

Drive team performance, ensuring excellent client service and compliance standards.

Assist with workflow management, training and the ongoing development of team members.

Work closely with senior management to contribute to the department's growth and success.
About You
-
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience).

Strong background in residential conveyancing.

Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A proactive approach with a passion for leading and developing others.
