You're commercially astute enough to balance quality with sustainability. Your governance and audit skills are solid. Your communication style builds confidence across every stakeholder group.

The Non-Negotiables

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care. Substantial residential care experience with older people. Expert knowledge of safeguarding, risk management and compliance frameworks. Proven ability to manage, develop and retain high-quality teams. Confidence with care planning systems and regulatory processes.
