Residential Property Solicitor, 1–3 Years PQE, Milton Keynes, £Competitive (DOE) – This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced team environment with strong long-term prospects. JOB REF:4265.
THE ROLE: • You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload to include Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of equity, Re-mortgages, New build transactions and general residential property advice • The role offers a varied workload and regular client contact, working within a team known for its efficiency, client service, and strong market presence.
SKILLS REQUIRED: • Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE. • Be confident handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision • Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills • Be able to effectively manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines
