- Run your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Handle sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages & new builds
- Give clear, practical advice to clients
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds & legal documents
- Manage enquiries, quotes and your diary confidently
- Build strong client relationships
What you’ll bring
- Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
- Strong client care and communication
- Confident, organised and detail-focused
- CQS experience is helpful
