We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Children's Support Worker. If you have a passion for caring for vulnerable children and young people and you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:
Key Requirements:
- Driving License: Full UK driving licence required
- Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months paid childcare experience in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the update service
- Experience working with children & young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning difficulties, and challenging behaviour
- Ongoing development and training provided
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication, clear and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to vulnerable children & young people
- Handle emotional and behavioural difficulties with empathy and understanding
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure the safety and well-being of the children & young people under your care
- Maintain open communication with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
