The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
- Carry out residential valuation reports
- Undertake RICS Level 1 and Level 2 Home Surveys
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports using market-leading technology
- Manage a fixed geographical patch efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Work towards agreed productivity and income targets
- Attend regional meetings and contribute to team success
- Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing CPD and industry updates
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
Residential Surveyor Requirements
- AssocRICS qualified or above
- Previous experience carrying out residential surveys and valuation reports
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a professional approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Full UK driving licence

- Basic salary of £45,000 – £55,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
