I'm representing a highly regarded independent surveying practice with an exceptional reputation across the South East. Their success has been built on quality advice, repeat business and genuine relationships with clients, not volume targets and corporate red tape.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Surveyor to become a key part of the next chapter.
The Role
- Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Diagnose building defects and provide expert advice to homeowners
- Deliver domestic project work including refurbishments and extensions
- Manage contract administration duties from inception to completion
- Advise on Party Wall matters and neighbourly issues
- Support and mentor more junior colleagues as the team grows
What They're Looking For
- Strong experience carrying out residential surveys
- Excellent knowledge of residential construction and building pathology
- Experience of domestic project work and contract administration
- A client-focused, commercially minded and personable approach
- Party Wall, valuations or Principal Designer experience would be advantageous
