Resourcing Business Partner – Managed Services (Healthcare)
Reed Talent Solutions is looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to support a key healthcare client in delivering high-volume, shift-based recruitment.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of workforce delivery, working closely with stakeholders to ensure staffing demand is met effectively.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the main contact for the client, building strong working relationships
- Managing high-volume recruitment and workforce demand
- Analysing data and producing reports to support planning decisions
- Working closely with recruitment and bookings teams to manage pipelines
- Troubleshooting operational challenges and improving delivery outcomes
- Supporting a shift from reactive delivery to proactive workforce planning
What we’re looking for
- Experience in nursing or healthcare recruitment/resourcing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working with data and reporting
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
