Luxury 4-Star Hotel & 2AA Rosette Restaurant – Near Ipswich
£34,000 per annum + approximately £2,000 tronc
45 hours per week | Permanent | Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our luxury 4-star hotel and award-winning 2AA Rosette restaurant on the outskirts of Ipswich.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation.
- Lead the team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
- Maintain high standards throughout all areas of the restaurant.
- Train and motivate team members.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within a quality hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekends and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location.
