- Use work measurement skills / work study methodologies such as MTM2
- Present insights and findings clearly to key stakeholders across the business
About You
This role would suit someone with a retail operational background who understands how stores function day-to-day and can confidently assess processes and procedures.
We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience in:
- Retail operations, store management, assistant management, area support, or multi-site retail environments
- Workforce planning, operational support, productivity, or process improvement
- Reviewing procedures, store standards, or operational compliance
You will also bring:
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- A naturally curious and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numerical information
- Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
