Retail Sales Assistant / Keyholder
Location: Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet
Hours: 25 – 30 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

We are supporting a well-established international retailer with the continued growth of their Cheshire Oaks store and are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant / Keyholder to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and taking on additional responsibility as a keyholder.
The Role
As a Sales Assistant / Keyholder, you will play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge to every customer
- Support the opening and closing of the store as a designated keyholder
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment, and inventory management
- Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Support the management team in achieving sales and store performance targets
- Help create a positive and welcoming shopping environment
About You
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer-facing retail role is essential
- Previous keyholder experience is desirable
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently when required
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods
- A positive team player with a proactive attitude
