ARM has an exciting opportunity for a Reward And Recognition Partner to join a fast paced team
The Role:
- Support the production of annual reporting associated with reward such as Gender Pay Gap and Equal Pay reporting
- Work closely with external reward partners to ensure services/products provided are the best they could be for colleagues
- Complete job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes, providing feedback and working with leaders on the outcomes
- Manage external salary survey submissions and work with providers on their requirements
- Oversee reward queries and challenges, working with the wider People team as required to explain methodology, processes and outcomes
- Develop and implement reward initiatives, working closely with suppliers and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Reward or HR related role
- CIPD Level 3 in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
- Experience of successfully managing multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of job evaluation, salary benchmarking, benefits management or recognition preferred Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships, inspiring confidence, and respect with stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience of HR systems or benefit management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently and effectively to a range of stakeholders
