Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a collaborative, national financial services business that are currently seeking a Rewards Consultant to join them on temporary contract.
This role will be based in Manchester, and offers working from home – 2 days a week.
The successful candidate will receive a day rate between £250 – £400 per day plus holiday pay.
As a successful Reward Consultant, you will be responsible for;
- Supporting with a Pay & Benefits Benchmarking project
- Reviewing current company wide benefits and making suggestions
- Reviewing market data and competitors reward packages
The ideal Reward consultant will have experience in the following;
- Proven experience supporting in previous pay and reward benchmarking projects
- Prior experience working for a financial services organisation
- Knowledge of Remuneration and Insolvency
