This role supports a busy Risk Management team in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and compliance obligations. You will assist senior risk lawyers with research, client on-boarding processes and the review of key legal documentation.

Description
- Undertake legal research and support ongoing risk projects
- Assist with client due diligence and on-boarding questionnaires
- Review client terms, codes of conduct and billing guidelines
- Identify and highlight key legal and commercial risks
- Respond to internal queries on regulatory and policy matters
- Liaise with internal teams to gather and coordinate information
- Support firm-wide initiatives, including technology implementation
- Collaborate closely with senior risk lawyers and business teams
Profile
A successful Risk Paralegal should have:
- Law degree (UK or equivalent)
- Strong academic background and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong research and analytical ability
- Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
