Our client is an upmarket global real estate agency with an enviable reputation and an international network of offices. As the Roaming Head of Department, you will be responsible for driving forward the Lettings business and overseeing that the Lettings staff perform to the required Company standard.
Based primarily from the Esher office, this lettings management role will support and oversee offices across Surrey and South West London. As a roaming position, your presence may be required at any office within a 15–20-mile radius, depending on business needs.
Personal specification:
- Lettings management experience is essential
- ARLA qualified
- People management and leadership experience
- Strong decision maker who gives assurance
- Ethical with strong integrity
- Be comfortable working with multiple departments.
This superb lettings management opportunity will provide a basic salary of c. £32,000, plus attractive on target earnings in the region of £75,000 to £85,000! A generous car allowance will also be provided.
