Salary: Up to £12,500 per Session (Negotiable Depending on Experience)
About the Role
A friendly and progressive GP practice in the Mitcham area is seeking a qualified Salaried GP to join its experienced and supportive clinical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a well-balanced role with manageable workloads, protected administrative time, and strong clinical support. The practice's model of care is driven by clinical expertise and innovation, helping to improve access to primary care and provide timely patient support. By leveraging data and insights, the team manages demand efficiently, enabling quicker access to care for patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations
- Diagnose conditions and develop personalised treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications and interventions
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
- Support public health initiatives and community-based care
Requirements
- GMC-registered GP with an MBBS qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in general practice or a similar clinical setting
- Strong diagnostic, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centred care
- Interest in ongoing professional development
- Experience in elderly care is desirable but not essential
