About the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for both new and returning guests. You’ll shape the guest journey by handling enquiries, processing bookings, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high service standards. You will also play a key role in driving sales, maximising reservations, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities

Managing enquiries — Handle incoming calls and queries with professionalism and warmth.

Processing bookings — Arrange reservations, schedule treatments, and coordinate dining plans.

Sending confirmations — Issue booking details and documents promptly and accurately.

Maintaining quality standards — Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.

Delivering exceptional service — Provide a friendly, guest-focused experience.

Driving sales — Maximise booking opportunities and enhance reservations.

Meeting targets — Work towards and exceed monthly sales goals.

Supporting the team — Assist other areas of the reservations department when needed.

Excel knowledge — Comfortable with basic spreadsheet functions.
Additional Information

Competitive commission structure — average OTE of £800 per month

Full-time, 40 hours per week

Shift patterns: 07:45–16:15, 08:45–17:15, 09:45–18:25

Rolling rota including 6-day, 5-day, and 4-day working weeks
