The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Support professional to join a small, dynamic and supportive team in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting a fast-paced customer support function while delivering excellent service to trade and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and trade counter teams
- Process customer orders accurately via phone, email, and in person
- Handle customer enquiries, offering product advice, pricing, and availability
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Prepare and follow up on quotes to maximise sales opportunities
- Coordinate stock levels with warehouse and operations teams
- Support invoicing, order tracking, and delivery scheduling
- Maintain accurate records within internal systems
- Assist with general office duties to support business operations
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or an office-based role
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate (Microsoft Office and internal systems)
- Experience within trade supplies, construction, or merchants (desirable, not essential)
