Hours: 9:00am – 2:30pm
Contract: 6 months
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team on a part-time, 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Customer Service: Act as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Data Management: Maintain and update customer and sales data within internal systems and CRM platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Organisation: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident and professional in both written and verbal communication.
- Team Player: A positive, collaborative approach with a willingness to support colleagues.
- IT Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
