Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Part-Time Sales Administrator (Job Share) on behalf of our valued client. This Part-Time Sales Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Part-Time Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider commercial team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring all information is up to date
- Coordinating deliveries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting sales and customer service operations across the wider team
- Providing general administrative support to the commercial function
About You:
- Experience within sales administration, customer service or commercial administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft 365 and CRM/database systems
- Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a job share arrangement
