EAC are representing an Organisation who are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join the team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider team and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and customer support tasks, helping to maintain excellent service standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Processing and uploading customer information onto internal systems and external platforms
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers and providing updates where required
- Monitoring outstanding items and liaising with external partners when necessary
- Preparing and checking customer documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Maintaining records, reports, spreadsheets, and team forecasts
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Assisting with general office duties and ensuring processes are completed efficiently

The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Confidence working with systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Previous administration, office support, customer service, insurance, professional services, or similar experience would be advantageous
