Sales Administrator
Sales Department | Reporting to Sales Director/Head of Sales
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support a dynamic regional sales team. This is a key role focused on ensuring a seamless customer journey while supporting the team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
The Role
You will provide end-to-end administrative support to the sales function, working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners. Your work will directly contribute to delivering a first-class customer experience and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in achieving reservation, exchange, and completion targets
- Liaise with solicitors and site teams to ensure a smooth sales and conveyancing process
- Coordinate part exchange processes, valuations, and timelines
- Maintain and update internal systems with accurate customer and sales data
- Produce and distribute sales reports, including month-end reporting
- Administer contracts, completion statements, and customer documentation
- Work closely with finance to manage reservations, payments, and extras
- Coordinate utilities, final readings, and customer handover processes
- Support wider sales activity including forecasts, releases, and promotions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the buying journey
The Person
About You
- Experience within an administrative role, ideally sales administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work accurately
- Confident communicator at all levels, both internally and externally
- High attention to detail and strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
- Knowledge of the house buying process (desirable)
