Sales Administrator – Milton Keynes

Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
£12.71 per hour
Ongoing Temporary Position
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Milton Keynes.
Duties will include:
- Processing sales orders
- Scheduling deliveries and updating customers on delivery dates
- Quoting for spare parts and processing parts orders
- Taking incoming phone calls
- Raising purchase orders with suppliers and the factory
- Providing holiday cover for colleagues within the sales administration team
- Liaising with warehouses and hauliers to arrange deliveries
- Updating customer spreadsheets and records
- Assisting the Office Manager with administrative tasks
- General ad hoc administration duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- SAP experience would be advantageous but is not essential
