A1 Personnel is partnering with their client who is looking for a driven and detail-focused Sales Administrator to become a key part of our fast-paced, supportive Sales Administration team. What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything flows seamlessly between teams and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy inbox and handling reception duties
- Processing sales orders with precision and efficiency
- Ordering materials/stock and coordinating bookings
- Monitoring stock levels and supporting annual stock valuations
- Logging enquiries and preparing accurate customer quotes
- Delivering excellent customer service through regular communication
- Producing and maintaining Excel reports
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) meetings
- Raising sales invoices and matching purchase orders with documentation
- Collaborating closely with Sales Admin, Design, Production, and Transport teams
What We’re Looking For
You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Experience in a Sales Administration role (manufacturing experience is a plus, not essential)
- Some knowledge of purchase ledger processes (beneficial)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid organisational and time management abilities

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15am – 5:15pm
- Friday: 8:15am – 12:00pm
