Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a growth period the Sales team are looking for additional support.
Description
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective relationship building and product knowledge.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings within the leisure, travel, and tourism sector.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide feedback to management to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
Profile
A successful Sales Associate should have:

Job Offer
