£36,000 – £40,000 D.O.E
Core hours 9.30am to 4.00pm (Mon-Fri) and 9.30am -12.30pm on Fridays (37 hour working week)
Feltham based – Office based full time
I am recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Senior Sales Coordinator to act as a central point of contact for my clients' customers, delivering a professional and efficient service throughout the entire sales journey.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing product enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, coordinating order fulfilment, and supporting the successful delivery of customer projects. You will play a key part in ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered on time and to specification.
This is a collaborative position, working closely with internal teams including manufacturing, engineering, and logistics, as well as external sales partners. You will also provide coordination support for more complex orders, helping to track progress, resolve challenges, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Additionally, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, efficiency, and the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and provide timely, professional responses
- Prepare accurate quotations and pricing information
- Coordinate customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Liaise with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Monitor project timelines and support delivery of complex orders
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate effective solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
About You:
They're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and coordination skills. You will have experience in a sales support, customer service, or coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
You will demonstrate:
