Sales & Customer Service Assistant – Immediate Starts Available in Portsmouth! (No Experience Required)

Based in the heart of Portsmouth, our client is a fast-paced Sales, Customer Service and Marketing company. They represent some of the most well-known brands in the country, and current expansion means they are looking to develop their sales team with forward-thinking individuals who have a passion for driving growth and the ability to turn ideas into impactful campaigns.
Our client operates within high footfall event environments, engaging directly with customers in face-to-face settings to support brand awareness and customer acquisition.

What they are looking for:
- Communication: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- No Experience required</b>; however, experience in Sales, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, Warehouse, or other face-to-face Customer Service roles is a bonus.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Mindset: A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering unique and exceptional customer experiences.
- Eligibility: UK resident & eligible to work full-time equivalent hours (5 Full Days a week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
- Acquisition: Generating a new customer base for their clients in event-based environments.
- Connection: Building strong connections with consumers and delivering memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Representation: Showcasing in-depth knowledge of brands and offering personalised recommendations.
- Research: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
As you will be working with members of the public, you may be required to pass a background check.
No experience is required as comprehensive training and development programmes are provided from day one. With access to fantastic support and mentoring networks from seasoned professionals, you’ll have the tools and resources to excel in this dynamic and exciting commission-based, subcontracted, face-to-face sales and customer service role.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University) or only seeking part time roles, due to availability, our client is looking for candidates that can work 5 full days per week (Mon – Sat).
