Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: East Malling (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £27,000 base + £10,000 OTE

The Role
As an SDR, you will play a key part in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs
- Booking high-quality meetings for senior sales colleagues
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects
- Updating and managing information within CRM systems
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve lead generation strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, customer service, or a target-driven environment is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resilience, and a motivated mindset
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
