Business Development Representative Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic + Uncapped Commission Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne | Hybrid 3/2 Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) Start Date: 3rd August/ 7th Septemeber 2026
We're recruiting multiple Business Development Representatives to join a growing business with a strong reputation, excellent training and genuine progression opportunities. This is a people-focused role where you'll speak with business owners, build relationships, identify opportunities and help customers discover solutions that make running their business easier.
The Role * Outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to prospective customers * Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers * Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the sales team * Manage your pipeline through the CRM system * Achieve individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For * Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service or lead generation * Confident communication and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven * Positive attitude with a desire to learn and progress
