Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: Circa £30,000 and £65,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to own the top of our sales funnel and join our growing new business team. This is asales role focused on the Real Estate sector, where you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying and developing new opportunities that fuel a strong, sustainable pipeline.
As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll own every stage of the early funnel—from initial outreach and lead qualification through to booking high-quality meetings and handing off sales-ready opportunities. You'll spend much of your time engaging prospects over the phone and via email, reaching out to new, existing and lapsed contacts to introduce our platform, spark conversations and open doors for future business. Your work will directly drive revenue growth by generating qualified opportunities and building genuine relationships with decision-makers across the property industry.
This position suits someone who thrives on the pace of outbound sales, takes pride in building rapport and is motivated by turning conversations into measurable pipeline.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people who are comfortable initiating conversations, confident representing a premium product and energised by hitting targets. Whether you're already working in tech/SaaS sales or bring experience from a telephone-based or client-facing role, this is an opportunity to sharpen your skills in a structured and supportive environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, or business development
- Confidence engaging new contacts and building rapport quickly
- A consistent, resilient approach to outbound activity and funnel management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with a CRM to track, manage and report on your pipeline
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
Exposure to Real Estate, PropTech, professional services, or high-value B2B environments would be beneficial, but not essential.
