Working as part of a successful team, you will conduct viewings, negotiate offers, register applicants and build strong relationships with clients.
The role also involves generating new business opportunities, progressing transactions and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales and lettings process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
- Conducting viewings on both sales and lettings properties
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Negotiating offers and agreeing deals
- Progressing sales and lettings transactions through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Carrying out market appraisals and generating new business opportunities

- Previous estate agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional approach with clients
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities
- Well-presented, enthusiastic and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Own vehicle required
