Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a busy, independent agency in the London Bridge area. This role is ideal for a target-driven professional with a strong track record in property, looking to join a business where performance is genuinely rewarded and career progression is achievable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Register applicants and match them to suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting, canvassing, and building relationships with landlords, vendors, and local contacts.
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, working deals through to a successful close.
- Manage the sales/lettings progression process, liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other third parties to keep transactions moving.
- Provide accurate valuations support and market appraisals where required.
- Maintain up-to-date records on the CRM system and ensure listings are current across all property portals.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, building long-term relationships with clients.
- Work towards individual and branch targets, contributing to overall office performance.
Required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in estate agency essential (sales, lettings, or both).
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Confident, professional manner with strong customer service instincts.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.).
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
