Sales Negotiator – Holloway
Basic Salary: £23,000 + Uncapped Commission
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly respected estate agency in the Holloway area.
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to build a successful career in property, with strong earning potential and clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing professional advice
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Generating new business opportunities
- Supporting the sales process from enquiry through to completion
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in estate agency or sales (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive attitude
- Well-presented and professional at all times
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
What's on Offer:
- Basic salary of £23,000
- 10% individual commission
- 5% generation commission (on self-generated business that completes)
- Quarterly bonus (subject to targets being achieved)
- Tiered commission structure above £150,000, increasing to 15%
