The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating property sales, generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

You will be confident dealing with vendors, buyers and applicants, conducting viewings, progressing sales and helping to grow market share within the local area. Previous residential estate agency experience is essential, along with a professional and proactive approach.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion
• Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and following up on enquiries
• Generating valuations and identifying new business opportunities
• Building relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Delivering high levels of customer service while progressing sales transactions

• Previous experience as a Residential Sales Negotiator
• Proven ability to generate and win new business
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills
• Well-presented, motivated and target-driven approach
• Knowledge of Morden and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
