Location: Tiverton
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday–Friday 5.30pm finish with alternate Saturday mornings
On-Target Earnings: £31,000–£32,000 (basic salary £26,500 – £27,000)
We are working with a highly respected and award-winning estate agency to recruit a Residential Sales Negotiator for their successful Tiverton office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to either build on existing estate agency experience or take the next step in their property career with a well-established brand known for delivering exceptional service across the Southwest.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers through the sales process, working within a busy and high-performing office environment. The position offers excellent exposure, career progression, and the chance to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
What We’re Looking For
Our client is keen to speak with individuals who demonstrate:
- Experience in residential property sales (preferred, but not essential)
- A confident, outgoing, and personable approach
- Strong motivation and a proactive mindset
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- High levels of professionalism and communication ability
- The ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good IT skills, including MS Office
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
