Location: Ascot (Office Based)

CTR Select is recruiting a Sales Operations Executive on behalf of their client based in Ascot, Berkshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support a busy Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sales administration, CRM management, reporting, forecasting, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, pricing requests, proposals, and sales documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
  • Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information.
  • Support CRM administration, user queries, and data quality initiatives.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.
  • Assist with process improvements and operational projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial support role.
  • Strong CRM and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience producing reports and analysing sales data.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
