As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Progressor to join our team and play a key role in ensuring property transactions progress smoothly from offer acceptance through to completion.
The Role
As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing residential property transactions from agreed sale through to completion. Acting as the central point of contact for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and estate agents, you will ensure transactions progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of residential property transactions from offer acceptance through to completion
- Liaise daily with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, sellers, and mortgage brokers
- Monitor transaction progress and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM
- Proactively identify and resolve issues that may delay exchange or completion
- Chase outstanding enquiries, searches, documentation, and other requirements
- Provide regular updates to all parties involved in each transaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Work towards agreed completion targets and performance KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solicitors, agents, brokers, and other stakeholders
- Assist in ensuring transactions complete within agreed timescales
- Escalate complex issues where necessary and help drive resolutions
About You
You'll be a highly organised and motivated individual with experience progressing residential property transactions and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' experience in sales progression, estate agency, conveyancing, or a similar property-related role
- Strong understanding of the residential property sales process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- Confidence communicating with buyers, sellers, solicitors, brokers, and estate agents
- Good working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed
Desirable
- Experience progressing investment property transactions
- Knowledge of property auctions, cash purchases, and fast-completion transactions
- Experience working within a property investment or property buying company
- Familiarity with modern CRM and property management systems
