Entry Level Sales Representative – Maidstone (Full-Time Equivalent)

Our Maidstone-based client has immediate Entry Level Sales Representative opportunities available, suitable for individuals with or without previous experience. From day one, you'll receive access to experienced sales professionals and upskilling sessions designed to help you develop your communication, customer service and sales skills.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong English speaking and writing skills for effective communication with customers and the client
• Confidence communicating with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Eligibility to work in the UK and full-time equivalent availability (minimum 4 full working days per week, Mon-Sat)

The Role:

• Represent non profit client campaigns through face-to-face residential environments
• Provide clear and professional product information while delivering excellent customer service
• Earn performance-based incentives linked to results and campaign targets
• Receive recognition for achievements and contribution to company and campaign success
• Be part of a supportive environment with regular social events, networking opportunities, and team activities
• High performers may be invited to UK and international trips, R&R experiences, and additional recognition events

No experience is required as full client training is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality, as well as those looking to build a long-term career within a customer-facing sales environment.

The role involves working on residential campaigns on a full-time equivalent basis in the Maidstone area. This is a subcontracted opportunity. Earnings are made up of a Brand Awareness Fee (earnings paid to you for each full day you represent a client), plus commission and performance-based incentives.
