Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Are you an organised, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy commercial team as a Sales Support Coordinator, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to equipment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive administrative and commercial support to Sales Managers throughout the customer journey.
- Respond to customer and account enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Complete weekly portfolio reviews and highlight any risks or opportunities.
- Liaise with departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate and timely data within the ERP system.
- Produce Equipment Sales Agreements and raise purchase orders.
- Coordinate with finance partners on proformas and invoices.
- Prepare job sheets, production documentation and machine certificates.
- Work with Workshop and Production teams to ensure machines meet specification and dispatch deadlines.
- Order equipment, process goods receipts and validate supplier invoices.
- Manage machine swaps, updating documents, photos and system data.
- Handle incoming calls as the first point of customer contact.
- Support with other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Attributes
Essential
- Effective in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritise a busy workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability.
Desirable
- Experience in plant, truck or agricultural sales administration.
- Familiarity with dealer management or ERP systems.

Education & Experience
- Good general level of education including English, Maths and IT.
