We're looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to support revenue growth and deliver excellent customer service. You'll manage enquiries, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, and support both new and existing customers.
This is an office based role near Buckingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound enquiries and produce quotations
- Follow up quotes to maximise conversions
- Maintain CRM data and track opportunities
- Support and manage smaller customer accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assist with outbound campaigns and re-engage lapsed clients
- Work closely with the wider sales team
- Lead generation and cold calling
About You
- Experience in sales support, internal sales or customer service
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
- Lead generation or cold calling experience
- CRM experience preferred
This is an onsite role but offers a 3pm finish every Friday! Due to rural location you will need transport.
