Must have’s
- Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 5 years at team leader or management level)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced IT skills, including Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Experience producing and presenting reports at board level
- Strong understanding of performance management and KPI-driven environments
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making abilities

- Background in developing and executing growth strategies
