Sales Valuer | Estate Agency | Up to £50,000 OTE | Full Training | Office-Based
A well-regarded independent estate agent is looking to employ a Sales Valuer to join their successful team. This role will suit a driven and ambitious individual who is either already working within estate agency or looking to build a career in the industry.
This position offers full training, a range of incentives, bonuses, and commission, and is ideal for someone motivated by earning potential and progression within a high-performing environment.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
- Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up leads
- Negotiate and close for business effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the valuation process
- Work closely with the wider sales team to maximise performance
Sales Valuer requirements:
- Background in sales (estate agency preferred, but other sales backgrounds considered)
- Strong ability to close business and convert leads
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused
- Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer?
- £25,000 basic salary
- £45,000 – £50,000 OTE

Working Pattern:
- Full time
- Monday – Friday
- 1 in 4 Saturdays (9am – 3pm)
