Experienced in estate agency valuations and winning new business?
We're recruiting for an ambitious Sales Valuer to join a successful and growing estate agency in the Medway area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional with a passion for winning instructions, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll play a key role in valuing properties, securing new business, and contributing to the continued success and profitability of a high-performing branch.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct accurate property valuations and convert opportunities into instructions
- Provide expert pricing and marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
- Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
- Stay up to date with the local property market and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales team to match properties with suitable buyers
- Support the day-to-day success and profitability of the branch
- Lead morning meetings and support the team in the absence of the Branch Manager
- Consistently achieve and exceed agreed sales and performance targets
Sales Valuer Requirements
- Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, or a similar customer-facing sales environment
- Proven ability to win instructions and convert valuations into listings
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Professional, driven, and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
