We're recruiting for a Sales Valuer to join a highly respected independent estate agency in Benfleet. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys winning instructions, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
With a steady pipeline of pre-booked valuation appointments, you'll be able to focus on converting opportunities into new instructions and growing the agency's market share.
The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
- Conduct accurate market appraisals using local market knowledge and comparable property data
- Attend pre-booked valuation appointments and convert opportunities into new instructions
- Build strong relationships with prospective vendors
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Increase market share within the local area
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of the local property market
- Complete associated administration and ensure records are kept up to date
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the valuation process
Sales Valuer Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in residential property listing or valuing
- Proven ability to win instructions and build client relationships
- Strong knowledge of the local property market (desirable)
- Confident, professional, and well presented
- Highly motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

- Basic salary of up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
- On Target Earnings of up to £40,000
