Sales Valuer 
Salary: £30,000 basic with an OTE of £50,000 plus benefits

A rare opportunity has arisen to join a successful, well-established independent estate agency with multiple offices and an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving exceptional results for our clients.

An exciting opening has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer to join the current team. The role will primarily be based at the Biggleswade office, with occasional cover and support provided to other branches as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, motivated and personable property professional looking to join a respected independent agency where quality service and local expertise are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out residential market appraisals and secure new property instructions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
  • Provide accurate property valuations based on current market conditions and local knowledge.
  • Deliver professional advice on pricing, marketing strategies and the sales process.
  • Work closely with branch teams to maximise opportunities and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking and proactive prospecting.
  • Support other offices within the group on an ad hoc basis when required.
  • Negotiate offers and assist in progressing sales where necessary.
  • Consistently work towards agreed performance targets and business objectives.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Valuer within residential estate agency.
  • A successful track record of winning instructions and building client relationships.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local property market.
  • Ideally living within the local area and possess excellent local knowledge.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional, well-presented and confident in dealing with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning new business.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong understanding of current property legislation and compliance requirements.
