The organisation combines strong commercial focus with significant investment in technology, using data, automation, and digital platforms to drive performance and customer experience.
Following a period of sustained growth, the business is entering a new phase with ambitious plans to expand both its platform capabilities and internal systems landscape. Technology sits at the heart of this strategy, with continued investment across cloud, integrations, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.

A Salesforce Developer opportunity has arisen within a growing technology team, focused on building and enhancing a highly customised Salesforce environment that supports core business operations.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll design, develop, and maintain solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. - Building and enhancing Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience and productivity
- Migrating legacy Aura and Visualforce solutions to modern Salesforce architecture
- Designing and maintaining integrations with external systems using APIs and event-driven approaches
- Writing efficient, scalable queries with a strong awareness of platform limits and performance
- Collaborating with administrators and stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions
- Contributing to code quality, standards, and technical best practice across the team
- Supporting deployments, releases, and ongoing system improvements
This role offers the opportunity to work in a complex, real-world Salesforce environment where development has genuine business impact.
Person
You’ll be an experienced Salesforce Developer who enjoys working in a hands-on role within a collaborative, fast-moving team. You’re comfortable balancing development best practice with pragmatic delivery and enjoy solving real-world business problems.
Key experience includes:
- Strong Apex development experience (triggers, classes, asynchronous processing)
- Proven experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, SOQL, and platform limitations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs
- Exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development
- Experience with version control, CI/CD, and modern Salesforce tooling (e.g. SFDX, CLI)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience refactoring legacy Aura or Visualforce solutions
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce products
- Broader Salesforce certifications beyond Platform Developer I
- Experience working with third-party tools or AppExchange products
Above all, you’ll be someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a growing technology function.
