Mpeople Recruitment are looking for a School Administrator on behalf of our client based in Chadderton, Oldham.
This is a temporary vacancy with immediate starts available! To be considered for this vacancy you must have a current DBS certificate.
- Location: Chadderton (OL9)
- Working Hours: 8am – 4pm & 8.30am – 4.30pm (36.5 hours per week)
- Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
- Contract Length: 4 Weeks
This individual will work alongside the Business Director in the office of the school, in order to help with a number of administrative skills. This will include reception duties, taking inbound calls from parents and other business stakeholders, updating Excel spreadsheets and creating new spreadsheets, as well as a lot of data entry and reporting work using their bespoke CRM system.
Skills, experience and attributes required:
- DBS certification
- Strong IT skills, including being a confident Microsoft Excel and systems user
- Self-motivated and able to manage own workload
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Great team player that is helpful, and willing to support a wider team
- Available to start a role ASAP
